goodness. i jus watched Sister Act II jus now..think i watched the first one couple of weeks ago. the music is so good! haha..i was so touched that i almost cried..i mean..i've been touched by band music before..but this is the first time i've felt that way abt movie music..heh..you guys shld watch it man..if you haven't.. ;)

yay!!! the batch blog is finally up! finally found a pretty nice skin..haha..can always change it if anyone finds a better one..;) hmm..kinda miss the batch..went to visit laoshi today..thot will have at least half the batch..but in the end..only 9 of us..*sigh*..but better than nothing i guess.. it's nice to see him still looking so healthy..and his dogs too! haha *ruff*

happie chinese new year!!! wOah! i jus got home from chinatown! haha..that place was so crowded..me and my family waited for 2 hrs to catch the firecrackers..as someone said (can't remember who :P)..singaporeans are really deprived..never see firecrackers before that's why the hUge crowd.
hmm..it was pretty spectacular at first..but after 5 mins of it..things became kinda boring..i mean..it was jus NOISE. well..and sparks too i guess. i much preferred the fireworks..but though we had a good view for the firecrackers, we couldn't see the fireworks..blocked by the stoopid building..and it was far too crowded to move out to have a look *sOb* :(
oh. did i mention i nearly died in the post firecracker stampede?

sheesh..after a whole nite..i realised i'm really lousy at all these programming stuff. couldn't get my apeboard to work at all so i had to trash it :( such a waste..it was so cute somemore..doesn't help that the instructions were all in jap..haha... anyway..i got a normal little tag board in the end..at least got it to fit into my original layout so not as bad... 6 days to SATs...... can't wait to start work.....

can't believe it..finally settled my job! i went for the airport one in the end..figured i'll like it better..i hope..haha.. nearly had insomnia last nite man..din noe which one to choose. then i had to find the courage to tell the general manager i'm withdrawing..so paiseh :( i kinda thot that he'd be pissed off but he was pretty understanding in the end..even offered for me to give him a call if i find that the airport one doesn't suit me..haha..nice huh? why did i think it was such a difficult decision? at least i've got a backup plan now..hope he meant wat he said ;) hee..can't wait to start work..gotta wait till after cny though..and i haven't started on my SATs yet!!! oNe mOre weEk Left. *arghZ*

ArGh. can't stand looking for a job..get a headache finding it and after finding it, you worry..wondering whether you've made the correct choice. *bleagh*
got 2 job offers yesterday..one at changi airport as passenger services assistant and the other's admin co-ordinator at some aljunied office. i actually confirmed the latter..supposed to start work on the 3rd of feb..but kinda regretted after reaching home. i dun wanna get a desk bound job!!! wat was i thinking abt? i wouldn't mind it if they offered a higher pay..5 day week, 9am to 6:30pm..sounds good? $800!!! it basically comes down to $4.70/hr :| hiyah..i'm not exactly in it for the money..still..it's not something i'm tErrIbly interested in..so shldn't waste my time rite. the manager's pretty nice to me though..feel bad having to reject and all after i've confirmed with him..how???
i kinda like the airport one..think tear tickets and stuff liddat..got shortlisted for the training..but gotta pass the test..hope i get thru! the pay's prob slightly higher only..but think shld be much more fun..and i lOvE the airport! that's definitely a plus point..haha..
amanda dear got the job i want. event co-ordinator!! it's the real thing this time..exhibitions and such..sigh..i'm supposed to have pretty good luck this year..doesn't seem like it..hope things get better soon!
